Our Services

Below are some logistical items to help facilitate a smooth transaction and set expectations.

Invoices:

When sending payments for various invoices (through aps such as Venmo) please separate the payment according to materials versus time billed.

The first screenshot is an example of how a Shade Container was invoiced.

The second screenshot is an example of a Time Billed Invoice that was sent on a weekly basis.

Summary: Any checks or transfers need to be separated by type - either materials (including plants) or time.

General Fees

Certain services are billed differently. Fees may be changed based on unique circumstances or job.

  • Container Design: Total cost of container multiplied by 40% for labor and time.

  • Landscape Consultation: $50 for an initial design consultation. Smaller jobs will have this fee waved and is decided on case by case basis.

  • Landscape Installation: $60 per hour

  • Landscape Maintenance: $45 per hour

  • Stone or Small Boulder Installation: $60 per hour

  • If materials (mulch, stone, annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees) are required to be picked up and delivered, 7% of the total cost of the materials will be added for gas, time and labor.

No Dyed Mulch

This may sound silly, but it is important.

When installing mulch beds, we will not use any dyed mulch. This mulch generally does not compost as well as other mulches, and therefore, does not offer nutrients or beneficial breakdown over time.

Dyed mulch also leaches into the soil and plants do not do as well when this mulch is used. We do everything we can to promote immediate and long term plant growth to ensure long term survival.

When possible, we prefer to use pine mulch. Most plants installed prefer acidic soil. As pine mulch decomposes, this provides a more acidic environment to the plants.
